Leadership feels different at this level.

Executive Coaching

Many of the leaders I work with have already established themselves in their careers. They don’t always need someone to tell them what to do.

They’re looking for a place to think clearly about decisions that don’t have straightforward answers, navigate increasing complexity, and lead with greater intention.

That’s what this partnership is designed to provide.

The challenge

This partnership tends to resonate with leaders who recognise that the role has changed — and that how they lead needs to evolve with it.

You might be:

  • Stepping into a new or expanded executive role.

  • Leading through greater complexity, uncertainty or organisational change.

  • Finding that influence and judgement now matter more than expertise alone.

  • Looking for a trusted place to think, challenge assumptions and lead with greater intention and assuredness.

One observation

Leadership rarely becomes harder because people become less capable

It becomes harder because the work itself changes.

The further leaders progress, the less their success depends on personal expertise and the more it depends on judgement, influence and their ability to create the conditions for others to perform.

At this level, there are rarely obvious answers. There are competing priorities, imperfect information and decisions that require judgement rather than certainty.

Executive coaching is about creating the space to think, to challenge assumptions, and lead with greater intention.

What changes

Leaders who do this work begin to operate differently.

Clearer judgement in complex situations

More effective leadership of their team

Stronger influence across the organisation

Leadership that is better matched to what the organisation now needs

A clearer understanding of what only they can own

Greater capacity to navigate complexity without becoming reactive

The changes are often subtle at first. Over time, they become visible in the quality of decisions, the confidence of others, and the way leadership is experienced across the organisation.

The partnership

  • A six-month executive coaching partnership designed to support meaningful and sustained leadership development.

  • Regular coaching, typically twice monthly, scheduled flexibly around the realities of your role.

  • Confidential, direct conversations that help you navigate complexity, exercise better judgement and lead with greater confidence and impact.

  • Coaching objectives agreed at the outset, with review points to reflect progress and evolving priorities.

  • Leadership assessments and sponsor conversations included where they will add value to the engagement.

Coaching is available virtually or in person in Gibraltar and southern Spain, with international clients supported remotely.

"Absolutely great"

Absolutely great. During our coaching Rebecca really made me think and there were genuine lightbulb moments — I couldn’t recommend her enough.

"The biggest success I have had"

The biggest success I have had has been getting a new team to work independently and overcoming teething problems in making changes to the team. I’m a lot better at listening, give advice a lot less freely and have learnt to say no more to situations where I feel my time will not be utilised for real benefit.

Working with Rebecca has been a great experience. My biggest success is my mindset has changed. Our work has not only broadened my perspective on my role within the business, my team and across departments but has also assisted me in adopting a flexible coaching style with my team.

"Warm, open and challenging"

Rebecca is warm, open and challenging. She is adept at asking deep, thought-provoking questions that get to the root of the discussion. She has been able to fast track my development due to her adeptness in reading situations. Whilst always providing objective and balanced feedback, I felt that Rebecca was on my team.
